We will not be renting this summer or fall (2023) as we are still renovating the cottage. The schedule, of course, continues to be a moving target 🙁 So Far: new roof, 9.0kW Solar System, heat-pump HVAC, heat-pump hot water tank, dish washer, and laundry washer & heat-pump based dryer.

We, family and friends have experience with allergies and physical limitations. Likewise, we are passionate about protecting the amazing Chautauqua ecosystem.
