Cottage Remodel – Winter/Spring 2023-2024

We will not be renting this summer or fall (2023) as we are still renovating the cottage. The schedule, of course, continues to be a moving target 🙁

So Far: new roof, 9.0kW Solar System, heat-pump HVAC, heat-pump hot water tank, dish washer, and laundry washer & heat-pump based dryer.

  1. Hello we are coming in for a one night concert at Chautauqua Institute will your place be available then? Arriving on Aug. 26th and leaving on the 27th? We are 2 senior citizens.If not any suggestions it seems like places are booked already. Thank you,
