While not yet fully wheelchair accessible by ramps, once in the house it is very wheelchair friendly. The transition from the house to large deck through the sliding door is easy.
For those with limited-walking mobility there is 3-step access from the street through the garage into the house.
There is a downstairs bedroom and master bath with safety chair for the shower and flexible shower hose. Large kitchen and open plan make it easy to move around indoors. Outdoor lawn is very gently sloping.
