All rentals, fees, deposits and tax must be paid in full before arrival. A Reservation deposit and/or Security Deposit is required at time of rental agreement. Personal Check, and Paypal accepted. A 50% deposit secures the reservation. Final payment must be received at least 7 days before rental begins.
Should the housecleaner find the property in exceedingly clean condition at the end of your stay, management reserves the right to refund a portion of the cleaning fee.
Reservations are accepted by Check or PayPal through this site; if you prefer Credit Card, reservations may be made through VRBO.com or FlipKey.com (additional fees apply).
Note: The maximum nighttime occupancy is 8 persons (non-walking infants excepted). Please do not choose this rental if you exceed this number. There is a penalty of $30/person/per night.
Should you be inviting more than 8 daytime guests, please advise us in advance.
