Cottage Remodel – Winter/Spring 2024-2025
We will not be renting this summer or fall (2024) as we are still renovating the cottage. The schedule, of course, continues to be a moving target 🙁 So Far: new roof, 9.0kW Solar System, heat-pump HVAC, heat-pump hot water tank, dish washer, and laundry washer & heat-pump based dryer.

Our Retreat is Eco, Allergy and Quilter Friendly
We, family and friends have experience with allergies and physical limitations. Likewise, we are passionate about protecting the amazing Chautauqua ecosystem. Quilting friends are frequent invitees when we are here. The property was purchased and is being constantly improved with these in mind. We’d love to offer our cottage to guests with similar concerns…
